Google side bar in Internet Explorer

In Internet Explorer when you press the search button on the toolbar, by default, it brings up MSN's search page. I just discovered that you can replace this with Google. Simply download and install the registry file and hay presto it's done. Takes all of 10 seconds.

There are two options. First you can have the results come up in the search side window. For this download the file at http://www.google.co.uk/google.reg.

Alternativly if you want the results to appear in the main IE window use the file at http://www.google.co.uk/google_rsearch.reg.

Another cool thing that this sets up is that you can search strait from the browser's address bar. Simply type "search" followed by the normal Google search command and then press enter.

It's a shame that Google make you dig so far into their site before you find out about this stuff.
